Privacy Policy
LoopCam is an iPhone workout rep counter designed around on-device camera
processing and local recordings. This policy explains what the app handles,
what stays on your device, and what you may choose to send to support.
Information LoopCam Handles
LoopCam uses the iPhone camera to show a workout preview, detect body pose,
count supported repetitions, and optionally record a set. Camera frames and
pose results are intended to be processed on your device for the current
workout flow.
Local Recordings
If you choose to record a set, the resulting video is saved locally on your
device or to your photo library through iOS. LoopCam does not require a cloud
account for the current counter flow, and it does not upload your workout
videos by default.
Support Messages
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send,
such as your message, email address, screenshots, or videos you intentionally
attach. Do not send workout videos or personal health information unless you
want us to review that material for support or feedback.
Analytics, Tracking, and Accounts
The current app does not require a LoopCam account. The support site is a
static website and does not include third-party analytics scripts, advertising
trackers, or marketing pixels. Hosting providers and Apple may process standard
operational data such as logs, device diagnostics, purchases, downloads, or
crash reports according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Children and Sensitive Use
LoopCam is not a medical device, certified coaching service, or injury
prevention system. The app is not directed to children under 13. Do not use
LoopCam where camera use or workout recording would violate privacy, safety,
school, workplace, gym, or local rules.
Changes
We may update this policy as LoopCam changes. The effective date at the top
of the page shows when the current version became effective.
